My package is missing, what now?Updated 10 months ago

If your parcel when tracking it, shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, then we will make sure to help you. 

First look in all the places a parcel could have been delivered/placed. In a garden shed, your garage, or at your neighbough. 

If your parcel is still not found, please contact the carrier to see if they can provide any additional information on where the package was left. 

After contacting the carrier, then pls. also contact us on [email protected] asap. We will help find a solution, so that you can receive your order asap.
