You can also use our size guide to help you find the right size.

How do I pick the right size?

Shipping is free for all orders to Norway incl. duty and VAT. All orders are shipped from Denmark.
 
Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 2-5 working days. You are always welcome to contact us for accurate information about your order. If a problem should occur with your order, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

Please note  that we do not cover return expenses. All orders must be returned to Denmark.

What is your shipping policy?

When returning from Norway please be aware that we do not cover the return expenses. All returns m,ust be shipped to our warehouse in Denmark.

Always notify us about your return order at return@deakudibal.dk and wait for a return number.

We recommend returning with Posten and to follow their instructions. Remember to get a proof of postage together with a tracking number.

How can I make a return?

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, size or colour please place a new order for the item you wish for instead.

The unwanted item can be returned for a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped you will be able to track your order. We normally ship your order within 48 hours.
