We hope you love your Dea Kudibal purchase. 

However, if you wish to return an item, please register your return through our return portal:

Please note that return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels, allowing you to choose the shipping provider that suits you best.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Denmark. You will find the return address and further instructions when registering your return through the portal.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, colour or style, please place a new order through our webshop and return the original item separately.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
