Always contact [email protected] before sending back your return order.

We can recommend sending parcels via BRING, but it is the customers responsibility to arrange and book the return of the parcel. Remember to send with all costs covered by “sender”. If this does not happen, we cannot accept the return on the parcel and it will be returned to you. 

Pls. note that Duty will not be credited once the return order is received. The duty is a cost for sending the order to a non-EU registered country and is therefore non-refundable.

All returns must be sent by post and packages should always be sent with delivery receipt. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are not sent with delivery receipt.

Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account.
